On the quest for a life long commitment to health, yet grounded and realistic with my goals. With a background in architecture and a graduate degree from Harvard, I harness both my design skills as well as project management skills for the mission of helping people achieve their health goals.I draw from experience of my own battle with Systemic Lupus for 30 years. Despite my health restrictions I have led a full life both personally and professionally and I have been helping others since 2009. It may sound extreme but I feel that my journey has taught me so much and in many ways improved my life. It is my passion to take you on that journey and help you grow and heal.
